Sitting at Jälla

Hello!

 We're sitting here, making the finall touch on our presenation. Just one more day and then we're on our way to Polokwane!! It's a lot to think about now when it comes to packing, timescheduels and everything else about this trip. But the stress will settle once we're on our way.

Preparations, we leave in just two days!

Today we worked a little by ourselves, trying to finish up with our presentations and some other stuff. We got our tickets for the plains and hotels, the journey suddenly seemed so real! On Thursday we'll get on the plane to South Africa, in just two days, seems a little bit crazy.

Well, now I'm going to get some work done. See you all very soon, can't wait!

hello everyone! :)

I am on my way to Härjedalen, wich is in the north part of Sweden. Right now I'm on the bus, it takes five hours to go there...boring..
When I get up I am going to spend some time wiyh my grandmother and just have a good time! :)

I am really excited about Africa now and I can bearly wait til we get there! See you soon!

Exitement!

This week we have no school, we still have work to do though.
I'm exited but I'm starting to get a bit worried since my throat is a bit swollen, I really hope I won't get ill. That would be really inconvenient!
My birthday happens to be this thursday, I'm turning 18 so thats great.

Photobook

Hello everyone!

After four hours of computer problems im finally done with the photobook for Jälla. The book contains pictures from all different places on Jälla. Here we can find the workshop, the tractors, horses and some pictures from the animal house.

I also got one preview of it.

Everyone is on a break at the moment, originally meant for sport activities. Skiing is popular, both downhills and cross-country skiing. When back in school on the 25th February we will be as ready as ever! :)

Repairing, market and presentations

Today It's been a lot going on. We spent the morning welding and repairing a tractor and a forwarder at school. Then after lunch it was time for us to set up a market in our school corridor, where we sold products and such for our companys.
Then after school hours it was time for us to practise on our presentations for the first time. I thought everyone was great and I'm looking forward to our final presentations, wich will be held at Lekotha school.
So no I'm just hoping to get some sleep, so that I'll have the energy to make this last day before next weeks break.

My account finally works!

Hi everybody! My blog account have not been working, but now it finally does. I just wanted to let you know that my account works and that you will see me and my "logs". As you can understand I'm one of the 18 who is going along the trip to South Africa, we are all really exited to go there and be part of the project.

So far we have done some work in groups, my group is horse focused so we are writing/talking about the horses and stables here at our school Jälla. Tomorrow we are going to practise our presentations so we will be ready when we arrive. Everyone is doing their best and I think it's going to be well practiced and good.

Only 18 days 'til we're on the plane to South Africa now! Exited like never before, realizing it's not that far away now :)

Yesterday when I was at my "job", at the catshelter, I started thinking about Sout Africa and that we a going to be there in three weeks :D

Projects projects projects...

Got so much stuff to do right now, so my brain decided to take a well needed break. Better to end up here than on Facebook, right? Anyway just finished "My journey though South Africa" task, now onto the next South Africa task... But this will be presented in Lekotha, see how that goes - well I hope. No time for weekend it's ether homework's or training's for me the rest of this week :) Se ya'll on monday!

Now we're working on our project to South Africa. Yesterday I was photographing our riding lesson, decent pictures. Sofie has been writing about an animal profile. It's sorta hard to figure out something to write about because we haven't really done anything big yet. But we're trying..

Spending the Saturday at Jälla

We have bin at school today, describing the forestry and our education to pupills from ninth grade, whos interested of our school. It's bin a great day with lots of talking and discussing.
